Last updated 19 September 2026
By using this website you agree to what follows. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.
Opinion and commentary
Everything published here is commentary, criticism, satire, and opinion on matters of public interest. It is the personal view of the author at the time of writing. Statements about public figures, governments, organisations, and political movements are offered as opinion and as fair comment, not as statements of verified fact, except where a specific source is cited.
Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind. Do not act on it as though it were. Where a factual claim matters to you, check the primary source yourself before relying on it.
Corrections
If something published here is factually wrong, say so. Write to misterquigley33@beirutsites.com with the post, the specific claim, and what you say the correct position is. Genuine errors of fact are corrected or removed promptly once verified, and a note is added saying what changed.
Links to other places
This site links to other websites and embeds videos hosted by YouTube. Those are not under our control. Linking to something is not an endorsement of everything at the other end of the link, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site other than this one.
Copyright
The written posts, the site design, and the original video content are owned by Quigley Entertainment. You may quote from a post for the purposes of review, criticism, news reporting, or comment, provided you attribute it and link back. You may not republish a post in full without permission.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to misterquigley33@beirutsites.com identifying the work, identifying the material you say infringes it, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised. Valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act are acted on.
The newsletter
The newsletter is free. You join by confirming your address and you leave by clicking unsubscribe, which works in one click. We may stop publishing it at any time. We do not send advertising on behalf of other companies, and any sponsored content is labelled as sponsored.
Availability
The site is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of anything harmful, and we do not promise that any particular content will stay up.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quigley Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, whether or not we were told such loss was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
